You must complete and pass the SAIL Officials Online Certification test (and score 80% or above) before actively volunteering for any of the following positions: Records/Ribbons, Runner, Timer, Chief Timer, TCO, COC, Coach, Stroke/Turn, Starter and/or Referee.
